Irish-American Coffee

Great way to start brunch or get your coffee fix while tailgating

Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce Blank and Booth Ripple
  • 4 Ounces Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee
  • 0.5 Ounce Heavy Cream

Preparation

  1. Fill an 8 ounce glass with ice and add Ripple and Cold Brew Coffee.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Float the half ounce of cream on top to get the classic Irish coffee look.

Americans commonly get accused of serving everything on ice, so we figured why not modify the Irish Coffee into one with American Corn Whiskey and Ice.

Cold brewed coffee is the way to go with this recipe. We like to make our own (http://www.chow.com/recipes/30487-basic-cold-brewed-coffee) but there are also some great products out there like Stumptown Cold Brew as used in this recipe.
